Thought-provoking Things Worth Sharing - Issue #42
Welcome and thanks for coming back to more thought-provoking things. I've seen more than a few references to the four-day work week recently, and I have one thought, since we recently had a holiday weekend, and thus a four-day work week here in the US. The 4 days after Memorial Day for me, and I'm sure for many others, were filled with five days worth of meetings. Surely something will need to give on the number of weekly meetings we all have if we're going to adjust to a four-day week, right? What do you think. Are you ready to offer a shorter work week in order to attract and retain top talent? Are you looking at how to lessen the time spent in meetings?

Yet, when toxic behavior levels are low, each additional intervention contributes to reducing negative outcomes and increasing positive ones."
