Those of us in the US are looking at a three-day weekend coming up. In addition to recognizing Memorial Day, I know that for too many of us it will not be three days of not working. That just about goes without saying in our "always-on" work cultures. Is it any wonder that so many people are suffering from burn out? I hope you find some time to be "not-working" and doing things that are likely more important.
